The site displays a message that my account has expired. What should I do?

If the system shows you this message when adding licenses to your cart, it may mean that your documents are no longer valid or that your organization has been validated for the last four years. In this situation, our task is to determine if the current information about your organization is valid and to re-validate your organization every four years.

What do I need to pass?

Confirm as soon as possible that your organization information is valid or not, and then forward us an email from an address associated with the TechSoup Balkans platform.

Ukoliko je Vaš status povučen, molimo da nam proslijedite novu dokumentaciju kada bude završena.

Kada mogu ponovo da koristim svoj nalog?

Nakon što potvrdimo da su informacije o Vašoj organizaciji i dalje validne ili primimo novu dokumentaciju ukoliko je Vaš status povučen, Vaš nalog će biti re-validiran za naredne četiri godine. Bićete u mogućnosti da poručujete donacije i generišete Validacijske tokene.
